Cord Tissue

Understanding our fees
Enrollment Fee
This is a one-time fee payable when you enroll that covers your comprehensive collection kit and the expedited medical courier service to our lab. This fee is included in the total cost of your stem cell service.
Processing Fee
This one-time fee is due after your baby’s samples have been successfully processed, tested, and placed into long-term storage. It also includes your first year of storage. This amount is the total initial cost of your chosen plan, less the enrollment fee you’ve already paid. For instance, if you chose the Platinum plan and paid a $180 enrollment fee, the remaining balance due for processing and the first year’s storage would be $1,815.
Annual Fee
Your annual fee ensures your baby’s precious cells are securely cryopreserved in our state-of-the-art, AABB-accredited laboratory. This fee covers 24/7 monitoring, advanced cryopreservation maintenance, and access to your samples when needed. The first year of storage is included in the processing fee, so you don’t pay any annual fee until baby’s first birthday.
