We also collect information about your relationship to the baby and the mother’s name if you are not the mother.

7. Automatic Renewal and Subscription Payments
Our storage services may involve an annual storage fee that is subject to automatic renewal. By enrolling in our services, you may agree to a recurring payment plan.
- Terms of Renewal: Your subscription for annual storage will automatically renew each year for a subsequent one-year term unless you cancel it in accordance with the cancellation policy provided in your client agreement.
- Disclosure of Terms: The amount of the recurring annual fee, the billing frequency, and the cancellation policy will be provided to you via the basket page before you complete your enrollment: there will be a link to your Service Agreement with the information.
- Consent and Cancellation: We will obtain your express, affirmative consent to the automatic renewal terms before processing your payment. A confirmation of your enrollment, including the renewal terms and information on how to cancel, will be included in your Service Agreement. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team.
8. Information Concerning Children
Our website is not intended for or directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information provided by children under 16 on our website. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this website. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information provided by a child under 16 on our website without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
