You will now receive your Service Agreement by email. Please fill in this as soon as you can, as they are needed to proceed with your order. If you do not receive your Service Agreement within the next 5 minutes, please make sure to check your junk folder. If you are currently in labour or due to give birth in the next day or so, please call us as soon as your Service Agreement is complete to ensure that the collection process is set up immediately.

Once your service agreement is completed we will be able to dispatch your kit. Provided they are completed by 3:30pm on a business day, we will dispatch them for delivery by 1pm the next day. If you do not receive your kit by then, or have trouble filling in your service agreement, please contact us by phone or email.
